Personal & business information: name, phone number, email, company name, GST details.
Fleet data: truck numbers, insurance expiry dates, driver names and contact details.
Financial transactions: freight amounts, advances, expenses (diesel, toll, repairs), party balances, payment records.
Usage data: how you interact with our app (Dashboard, Khata, Trip List, etc.) to improve user experience.

2. How we use your information

To maintain accurate Party Khata, Truck Khata, and Driver Khata ledgers.
To process and track trips, expenses, and POD (Proof of Delivery) status.
To send reminders for insurance renewal, pending PODs, and payment follow-ups.
To provide customer support and resolve disputes regarding driver settlements or party dues.

       Your data stays yours: We never sell or rent your information. All ledgers and financial data are accessible only to you and authorized team members strictly for support purposes.
    

3. Data sharing & disclosure

We share your information only in these limited circumstances:

With your explicit consent (e.g., sharing trip details with a party).
To comply with legal obligations or government authorities.
With service providers who help operate our platform (cloud hosting, analytics) under strict confidentiality agreements.

4. Your rights & choices

You can access, update, or export your data anytime through the app (Profile & Settings). If you wish to delete your account, contact us at the email below. We retain transaction records as required for legal and tax compliance.

Welcome to Allways Fleet! By registering or using our platform to manage your trucks, drivers, parties, and expenses, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service description

Allways Fleet provides a digital platform for truck owners to:

Maintain Party Khata (customer/supplier ledgers).
Maintain Truck Khata (per-vehicle income & expense tracking).
Maintain Driver Khata (advances, settlements, sillak, bhattha).
Create and manage Trip Orders with freight calculation, advance, balance, and POD tracking.
Record expenses (diesel, toll, repair, RTO Challan, etc.) linked to trips and trucks.

2. Account registration & accuracy

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User responsibilities

Ensure that all data entered (truck numbers, driver details, party names, financial figures) is accurate and lawful.
Comply with all applicable laws, including tax regulations related to freight and transport.
Not misuse the platform for any illegal purposes or to harass others.

4. Fees & payments

Basic features of Allways Fleet are free. Premium features (if any) will be clearly communicated with pricing.
All payments are processed securely. We do not store your full payment details.

       "Apna Khata, Total Control" — we provide the tools, but you remain the sole owner and controller of your financial data.
    

5. Data ownership & backup

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the system (parties, trucks, drivers, transactions).
We regularly back up data to prevent loss, but recommend you maintain your own records as well.
We are not liable for data loss due to factors beyond our reasonable control.

6. Limitation of liability

Allways Fleet is a tool to help you manage your business. We are not responsible for:

Any financial losses, disputes, or claims arising from transactions recorded in the app.
Errors in data entry made by you or your team.
Decisions made based on the information provided by the app.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (if any) in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or illegal activity.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
